Short survey for a company director or shareholder 

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) invites all business owners to share how your business was disrupted through COVID-19 and how it also affected the governance of your company as a shareholder or director. Even if you have had no direct interaction or issues with the company governance system please take the survey as this information is also valuable. The information collected will play a part in helping Kiwi companies be better prepared to handle serious events like COVID-19 in the future.
