A family in South Auckland has tested positive to Covid-19. It’s important to arm yourself with information to keep you and others in our community safe.
This is the easiest way to keep up-to-date with the Government’s latest advice.
If you are in Auckland
Work from home if you can, unless you are an essential worker. Remain home if possible. Stay in your bubble.
The Pacific Business Trust helpline is here to support Pacific businesses and sole traders, call 0800 287 7526 or email email@example.com.
If you're unwell
If you’re sick, stay home.
If you have symptoms of cold or flu call your doctor or Healthline and get advice about being tested.
If you have been told to self-isolate you must do so immediately.
Get a free Covid-19 test if you have cold or flu symptoms. Testing locations here. Schools
Schools in Auckland remain open for the children of essential services workers. Otherwise, students should learn from home.
When you're out and about
Maintain physical distancing of 2 metres outside your home, including on public transport. Wear a mask. Practise good hygiene. Keep your bubble small.
Gatherings of up to 10 people can continue, but only for wedding services, funerals and tangihanga. Physical distancing and public health measures should be maintained.
Contact Tracing App
Outside of Auckland, the Alert Level is 2 for the remainder of New Zealand.
You’ll find more information about that here.
PBT realises this is an anxious time for many so please remember we are here to take your calls and offer advice. Our helpline for businesses and sole traders is 0800 287 7526 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stay safe. This is troubling news but please remember we are all in this together. Look after yourselves, your families and your community. New Zealand has beaten Covid-19 before and if we follow the Government’s guidelines we can beat it again.
