What was your experience with the Covid-19 Wage Subsidy? 

Employers, organisations and sole traders can share their experience with the Wage Subsidy in an anonymous and confidential evaluation. Your feedback about the subsidy - good or bad - is important for ensuring the government responds well to any future crises.

The Ministry of Social Development, Treasury, Inland Revenue and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment have commissioned this survey.  Please do not fill this out if you are an employee, contractor, unemployed or retired.
