Health and wellbeing resources for business owners and leaders
What depression & anxiety looks like - YouTube Give back a few minutes of the day to yourself with ‘First Steps’. Feeling unbalanced can be more prevalent in leaders, often because of the particular character traits and attributes that make for great leaders. Attributes such as being excellent multi-taskers and forward-thinking planners, who always prepare for worst-case scenarios. Leaders are also usually hyper-vigilant in ensuring high quality at all times. When you are operating in an unbalanced world, it can take its toll on anxiety levels, wellness, stress, and even impact sleep quality. The ’First Steps’ resources will provide access to self-directed learning and a library of targeted resources for business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs. From top tips to templates and online training to calculators, these resources are all accessible at the click of a button. Access a library of self-directed learning designed specifically for business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs, covering topics on mindfulness, stress management, crisis, sleep, fatigue, mindfulness, and anxiety, such as ‘How Depression and Anxiety feels for Pasifika.’ These resources are all accessible at the click of a button.
Calling for volunteers for Moana Pasifika games
Calling All Volunteers! Moana Pasifika and Auckland Stadium are inviting volunteers to join for their May games, so this is the perfect opportunity to round up your friends, family and community groups and join the team at Pacific Business Trust as volunteers while also experiencing the game spirit in person. Game details:
MP vs Waratahs Saturday 7 May, 2022 4:35 pm kick off
MP vs Brumbies Sat 28 May, 2022 7:05 pm kick off
There are three volunteer groups:
The Green Team
Help our patrons dispose of their match day waste. Auckland Stadiums currently diverts over 80% of waste from landfill, keeping our venues and local hapori (communities) clean. The Green Team are key in reducing the litter left behind after major sports events.
The Mobility Team
Ensure that our mobility patrons have an enjoyable and safe experience. You will make sure that wheelchair access to the stadium runs smoothly, and if required, transport our mobility patrons using the mobility carts! The Mobility Team is one of the most crucial elements in maintaining our high standards for guest experience.
The Wayfinding Team
Armed with maps and handy fact sheets, the Wayfinding team are the experts in helping patrons find where they need to go. You will make sure that wherever patrons are around the stadium, they will be able to rely on you for directions. If you would like to be a volunteer, please contact Laura Nadason –laura.nadason@aucklandstadiums.co.nz
