HATCH Pacific provides young Pacific entrepreneurs with the tools and techniques to work through their business ideas. Supported by a dedicated Pasifika team who guides participants through this business programme, entrepreneurs can gain the skills and confidence to run their businesses. From dance schools to online marketing, clothing brands and event businesses to online grocery stores, take this opportunity to join our Foundation programme and go to the next level.

Te Mātātahi Digital Marketing Scholarships
Also for our young Pasifika with Māori whakapapa who are 18–25 years old, studying or interested in all things digital marketing, consider the Te Mātātahi scholarship programme.
Te Mātātahi is a fully funded scholarship programme provided by a partnership between Whariki and Meta (formerly Facebook) that teaches foundational skills to kick-start a career in the digital marketing space as well as the opportunity to gain a Meta certification.

Cost of Living Payment Watch Now
The Government has introduced a short-term Cost of Living payment to help eligible people with their day-to-day living costs. The payment is assessed and automatically paid to your bank account by Inland Revenue. You do not need to apply for the payment.

Make sure to have your say on who represents your community by voting in the 2022 local elections. You have until August 12 to enrol! Check your enrolment details are up-to-date to ensure you receive your voting papers in the mail.

Voting opens 16 September and closes at 12pm on October 8.
