If you have an innovative idea or know of a community project that could build our Pasifika communities to prevent suicide, applications are still open to apply for funding with the Le Va Pasifika Suicide Prevention Community Fund. Applications close on Tuesday next week on 30 June, so don’t delay if you’d like to apply.
The purpose of the Community Fund is to build the capacity of Pasifika families and communities to develop solutions to prevent suicide within communities and to respond effectively if and when sadly a suicide occurs. Applicants may apply for funding for amounts between $10,000 and $300,000.
In collaboration with our friends at Le Va, PBT has created an instructional video to help navigate the application form and we also have prepared some smart tips to strengthen your application.
